Hayk Zar
Before the current AI wave, his career spanned corporate sales, Training & Development, healthcare and wellness, technology consulting, and work with executives and organizations across Fortune 500, pharmaceutical, financial, higher-education, defense, and government environments.
Today, his work is deeply hands-on with AI: frontier reasoning models, agentic systems, open-weight and locally deployed models, AI evaluation, and AI-assisted product development. He applies these systems across research and development, sales and marketing, training, communication, and organizational workflows—learning not only what AI can do, but where it fails and how people can use it effectively.
Must Adapt AI is the convergence of that experience: helping organizations understand AI, identify where it creates real leverage, train their people to work with it, and turn rapidly changing technology into practical capability.
