1. Nature of Services
MustAdaptAI provides enterprise AI strategic advisory, departmental workforce enablement sprints, model evaluation audits, and private infrastructure implementation. Our services are advisory, educational, and technical in nature.
2. Diagnostic Tool Disclaimer
The estimates, payroll drag figures, and recoverable hour projections generated by our online Diagnostic Assessment are provided for preliminary informational and planning purposes only. Formal operational ROI benchmarks are established during on-site or bilateral workflow audits.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom prompt repositories, structured task schemas, and workflow harnesses developed specifically for a client during paid engagements belong exclusively to the client upon completion of engagement milestones. MustAdaptAI retains ownership of its foundational evaluation methodologies, proprietary rubrics, and generic training architectures.
4. Limitation of Liability
While MustAdaptAI enforces falsifiable mathematical quality gates (e.g. $\ge 90\%$ precision/recall release standards), artificial intelligence foundation models operate probabilistically. Clients maintain ultimate responsibility for human-in-the-loop verification prior to filing external regulatory submissions or executing financial transactions.
