When you use our online AI Readiness & Cost-Drag Diagnostic tool or schedule an advisory briefing via Cal.com, we collect:

• Full Name and Work Email address.
• Organization Name and Industry Classification.
• Operational diagnostic parameters (team size, estimated manual drag hours, primary workflow bottlenecks).

This information is used strictly to generate your tailored operational roadmap and schedule confidential diagnostic sessions with Must Adapt AI. We do not sell or lease lead information to third parties.

3. Enterprise Engagement Data Boundaries

During Tier 1 through Tier 4 engagements:

• Confidentiality: All advisory engagements are governed by bilateral enterprise Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Data Sanitization: In laptops-open training sprints, client files are sanitized or processed through zero-retention enterprise endpoints.
• Air-Gapped Local Inference: Under Tier 3 and Tier 4 private infrastructure deployments, all models run locally on dedicated GPU clusters (e.g. NVIDIA hardware) with zero external network egress.
